The objective of the Contract Training Facilitator role is to deliver high-quality, interactive, and engaging training sessions that meet our client’s specific needs and expectations. These sessions, whether online or face-to-face, will focus on a wide range of topics proposed by the client. Our trainers are not just educators; they are change-makers, who through their dedication, expertise, and innovative approach, enable growth, capacity-building, and continuous improvement. Description of Tasks

  • Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions, either face-to-face or online, on a wide range of topics as proposed by our client.
  • Prepare and customize training material based on the client’s needs.
  • Assess participant engagement and comprehension during training sessions.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants and client representatives post-training.
  • Be available and prepared to conduct trainings at various times during the quarterly period as per the client’s requests.
  • Handle necessary logistical arrangements for on-site training sessions.

Session Duration:

For online training sessions, the duration will be between 1 to 3 hours, depending on the training’s nature and the client’s needs. For face-to-face sessions, the duration will be determined as per the client’s request.


  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in delivering training programs, preferably in diverse contexts and settings.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to create an inclusive learning environment that respects diversity.
  • Proficiency in the use of modern training tools and technology, especially for online training sessions.
  • Familiarity with the challenges and unique contexts of developing countries is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel for face-to-face training sessions.
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
