Accord Worldwide, is submitting a proposal for the subject project in Afghanistan. The project is funded by the World Bank and implemented by the Afghan government. It requires the following team of experts. You can apply for any of the positions that meet your qualification. Sector
The project is for the ministry of mining and petroleum. Experience in the mining sector will be a preference, but not mandatory.
Duration
The duration of the assignment is one year (12 months) and could be extended thereafter based on the client need for continuing such services and satisfactory performance of the team.
Team Leader
At minimum should hold a Master’s degree in project management and or any other relevant field. Must be PMP certified with at least 10 years of experience in the capacity of project team leader, general manager, director or other executive titles.
Financial Management Expert
At minimum should hold a Master’s degree in financial management and or any other relevant field. Must be PMP certified with at least 10 years of experience in the capacity financial management expert/adviser/consultant or other similar titles, where the consultant should have worked in providing hands-on support and capacity building support preferably to Public entities.
Project Management Expert
At minimum should hold a Master’s degree in project management and or any other relevant field. Must be PMP certified.With at least 10 years of experience in the capacity of project management expert, manager, adviser or other related titles where the consultant have worked in providing hands-on support and capacity building support preferably to a ministry or other public entity.
Monitoring and Evaluation Expert
At minimum should hold a Master’s degree in project management, social sciences and or any other relevant field. Must be PMP certified.With at least 10 years of experience in the capacity of monitoring and evaluation expert, manager, adviser or other related titles where the consultant have worked in providing hands-on support and capacity building support preferably to a ministry or other public entity.
