Location: Lisbon, Portugal

The “Land Acquisition and Reservation Stakeholders Management” course is a two-day program designed to equip professionals with the expertise to navigate the multifaceted realm of land acquisition. It emphasizes effective communication, collaboration, and negotiation with various stakeholders, ensuring projects resonate with all parties and foster sustainable progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the 2-day course content of stakeholder management effectively, aligning with Accordemy®’s curriculum and learning objectives.
  • Facilitate interactive sessions, including workshops and group discussions, to enhance participant engagement.
  • Provide real-world case studies and examples to contextualize theoretical concepts.
  • Assess participant understanding and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with Accordemy®’s team to refine course materials based on feedback and evolving industry practices.
  • Ensure a conducive learning environment that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.​

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Land Management, Stakeholder Management, Environmental Studies, Law, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, or related areas.
  • Proven experience in training or adult education, preferably in a multicultural setting.
  • Strong understanding of legal frameworks, environmental regulations, and ethical considerations in land dealings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage.​

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, or international organizations on stakeholder management in land-related projects.
  • Familiarity with the socio-economic and cultural contexts of land acquisition in Portugal and broader European regions.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
  • Commitment to promoting ethical practices and sustainability in land management.​
