Position Objective:
We are seeking a number of experienced Freelance Trainers to lead our Humanitarian Report Writing course. The perfect fit would possess profound expertise in delivering training to global humanitarian entities and have a deep understanding of the intricacies and standards necessary for impactful report writing within humanitarian settings.
Description of Tasks
- Facilitate Humanitarian Report Writing training modules for assorted global humanitarian institutions.
- Curate and tailor training content, aligning with the distinct prerequisites of each institution.
- Engage robustly with attendees, ensuring their clear grasp and deployment of the training content.
- Elicit feedback and offer recommendations to perpetually enhance the training schema.
- Undertake international trips in line with training agendas.
Qualification
- A Master’s qualification in a pertinent discipline.
- Minimum of three years experience in facilitating training for global humanitarian entities.
- Established international exposure in a training role.
- Stellar verbal and written communication prowess.
- Proficiency in acclimating to varied audience demographics and evolving scenarios
- Proficiency in English; and command over additional languages are commendable assets.
