Accord Worldwide is preparing a proposal for a 12-month institutional consultancy focused on the professional development and empowerment of women magistrates in Algeria. We are seeking to identify and include qualified experts from among registered members in our proposal team.
About the Assignment
The planned initiative aims to design and implement a comprehensive mentorship program and training-of-trainers (ToT) workshop for women magistrates in Algeria. The overall goal is to strengthen leadership, support professional growth, and promote gender equality within the judiciary.
The selected experts will contribute to:
- Trainers will be granted access to and must pass the Accordemy® Certified Trainer – Level One prior to being assigned.
- Designing a structured mentorship framework tailored to the Algerian judicial system.
- Developing training modules and practical tools for mentors and mentees.
- Delivering a ToT workshop in Algiers for 25 women magistrates.
- Supporting the implementation of online mentorship sessions and ongoing coaching.
- Producing reports, guidance materials, and recommendations for sustainability.
Indicative Duration:
November 2025 – November 2026 (approximately 60 working days across 12 months).
Duty Station:
Algeria (for in-person sessions) and remote/online support.
Expert Profiles Sought
We are seeking professionals with proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Training of Trainers (ToT) and adult learning methodologies.
- Mentorship program design and implementation, particularly for women professionals.
- Judicial sector capacity building and leadership development.
- Gender equality and women’s empowerment in institutional contexts.
- Program monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in law, public administration, political science, psychology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering capacity-building programs for judicial professionals.
- Fluency in French and Arabic (both required); working knowledge of English is an asset.
- Experience in North Africa or the MENA region is a strong advantage.
